I had a career change in 2010 after I had been away on a healing retreat. I was unhappy in my job and wanted to do something more rewarding. Inspired from my experience on the retreat, I was compelled to look up massage courses in Glasgow. I found a course run by The Scottish School of Herbal Medicine. I was lucky to get into one of their last intake of students before they moved out of Glasgow, and since then I have been on this journey of learning about body work and massage ever since.

I wanted a more in depth learning of Anatomy and Physiology, so I went on to study Sports & Remedial Massage at the Western School, Glasgow in 2014. I have completed many courses over the years and in 2019 I completed my Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma with the exceptional Jing Advanced Massage Training in Brighton. (I highly recommend this school for anyone interested in learning massage as they really make learning a lot of fun!)

I have a wide range of techniques that I can draw on and my treatments will usually have elements from both western and eastern principles, and this will depend on what your needs are on the day.

I specialise in Remedial Massage for back pain. So if you suffer from neck/upper back tension or have problems with lower back ache then I would recommend booking a remedial massage. I also use hot stones and cupping which can be added into the massage treatment.

I am qualified in Fertility Massage which can be very helpful for Reproductive Issues, Aiding Natural Conception and Supporting the Process of Assisted Conception.

In 2018, I completed a Pregnancy Massage course, created by renowned author of ‘Pregnancy and Childbirth – A Holistic Approach to Massage and Bodywork’, Suzanne Yates.

I also offer other treatments : Reiki, Thai Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage, Natural Face Lift Massage, Post-Natal Massage, Hot Stone Massage and you can request a specific aromatherapy oils when booking and I will ensure to include them in your treatment.

I always use 100% Natural Massage Mediums and if you have any preferences you can pop a note in when booking.
